Who will do the work?

One of our panel of solicitors will be nominated to represent you in the sale/purchase/re-mortgage of your property.

All of the panel are regulated by the Law Society and approved by all major banks and lending institutions - so they can act for both you and your bank/lending institution without you incurring duplicated charges for the legal work of your bank/lending institution.

This means that the quote you receive is inclusive of all additional charges which you might incur during the conveyancing process.
