What
is the NHS Consortium?
The
NHS Consortium is a scheme which offers discounted professional
services to the employees of NHS hospitals, trusts and associated
healthcare practices.
The
scheme was made possible by the combined effort of personnel departments
at major NHS trusts in the UK, whose aim is to give employees peace
of mind when they move and ensures that:
- NHS
employees are assisted as much as possible with the cost and burden
of moving home;
- The
services provided to NHS employees during the process of moving
home are of a reputable and professional standard;
- The
price paid for these services is discounted due to the bulk buying
power of the combined NHS hospitals and trusts;
- Any
relocation costs incurred internally by the NHS are effectively
monitored and controlled.
What
benefits does the NHS Consortium offer?
The
NHS Consortium offers a discount to NHS employees on professional
services such as conveyancing and other professional services which
are also tailored to meet the objectives of the Improving Working
Lives initiative sponsored by the Department Of Health.
Am
I eligible for the scheme?
If
you are an employee of a
participating
NHS hospital, trust or associated healthcare practice, you are eligible
for the scheme.
If
you are not an employee of a
participating
NHS hospital, trust or associated healthcare practice, but work
within the NHS, please contact us and we may be able to facilitate
